Gross floor area: 4.100 m²

Feasibility study Vienna International Center

1220

Vienna,

Wagramer Straße 5,

Austria

As part of a feasibility study, a new access building is to be designed for the Vienna headquarters for the United Nations Organisation.  The existing Gate 1 building is to be rebuilt divided into 3 sections with a total gross floor area of approx. 4,100 m2: an Entrance Area, a Registration Area (plus shop) and a new suite of offices.  A Museum is also planned to display exhibits describing the history and activities of the UN.

The new constructed entrance buildings will be easier to operate, create a welcoming experience and ensure the best safety for the staff and visitors to the UN in Vienna.
