Competition New Building and Partial Renovation Regional Professional School Schrems

New construction of the dormitory and partial renovation of
the historically protected school.
The urban concept develops from the building line of the castle
along Budweiser Straße. The building is deliberately structured
by incisions and thus blends harmoniously with the newly created
scale in the development area north of the castle.
