Boehringer ingelheim laboratory building – Bircv F&E Building 520

Boehringer Ingelheim RCV GmbH & Co KG operates in Vienna not only production and distribution facilities but also a pharmaceutical research.

For the further development of the site in A – 1120 Vienna, an additional laboratory building named Geb. 520 is going to be constructed as an extension of the existing buildings and F+P ARCHITEKTEN has been contracted as general planner.

Areas for laboratory research groups, a lecture hall and a café are to be accommodated in the building on 2 basement floors, a first floor and 7 upper floors and a technical floor. There will be a direct connection to buildings 210 and 510 via a bridge in each direction.

Staircase 1 leads to the 3rd floor of building 500, which will be used as office space by the user group OTS.
