Residential complex Raffelspergergasse

On the hillside site between the Raffelspergergasse and Krottenbachstraße, 4 buildings with a total of 48 flats will be built.

The four houses each have five storeys. Due to the hillside location, each house has two entrances: one from the basement and one from the ground floor.

Furthermore, due to the slope, there are two separate underground garages with two entrances.

The houses are accessed from Raffelspergergasse and Krottenbachstraße via an internal route consisting of stairs and ramps. There is a spacious children’s playground and a general barbecue area.

All flats have private open spaces in the form of balconies or roof terraces directly in front of them. The flats on the second floor have a roof garden in addition to the roof terrace. The flats in the basement and ground floor also have assigned private gardens on their respective levels.
