Residential building Himberg

The urban structure is defined by the angular layout of the two-storey terraced houses and the linear arrangement of the three-storey flats.

The design is based on a clear primary structure consisting of buildings with a secondary structure of delicate steel constructions (stairs, lifts, bridges, balconies) in front of them.

The prominence of the first storey of the terraced houses reduces the effect of the building height through linearity and blends in with the scale of the surrounding buildings.
