Competition The Fantastic Four

On this relatively small development site, we designed four villas each separated from the next with a passageway of pergolas and climbing plants all centred around a small central square. This calm landscaped entrance area leads in turn to the four individual building entrances.

The four villas step down the site following the sloping ground level, so that window openings are staggered vertically, improving privacy between adjacent apartments.  Each floor has 1 – 2 apartments, each one laid out to benefit from views in at least two directions.
