Residential Complex Grasbergergasse

The Grasbergergasse residential complex is located in St. Marx, a part of Vienna’s 3rd Municipal District. The building configuration responds to the distinctive location near the junction of the Gürtel to the A23 motorway and, with the help of a transparent noise barrier, forms a quiet green inner courtyard around which the four residential buildings are grouped. A five-group kindergarten connects the two southern structures on the ground floor.
