Architect/Project Manager (m/w/d)

In order to further strengthen our team in the long term, we are looking for an experienced project Manager (m/f/d). As a project manager, you lead the project independently across all of the planning and project phases, from preliminary design to completion, always in close coordination with the team.

Your duties include

• being familiar with the project goals and processes and classifying their priorities
• the independent control, organization and supervision of the project team
• monitoring deadlines, costs and quality and ensuring that the project goals are met
• the ongoing communication with the project team, the client, planning partners, authorities, etc.
• identifying deviations from the project timetable early enough and developing solutions or countermeasures before a problem arises
• artistic direction in the course of construction

We require the following qualifications for the position

• Min. 5 years of professional experience with relevant experience in the field of project management
• Very good CAD knowledge (AutoCAD and/or Revit)
• Experience with BIM projects desirable
• Degree in architecture desired
• Valuing the teamwork, creativity and communication
• Good understanding of OIB guidelines, building codes and norms
• Independent and committed way of working

According to Collective Agreement of  2023 for employees of architects and engineering consultants, a gross salary of at least € 3,356 (BG4 in 5th year) is planned for full-time employment in this position. Depending on your experience and your qualifications, we are happy to provide compensation well above the usual market rate.
