Construction start for LIL-Y am See in Seestadt Aspern

With the start of construction for LIL-Y am See, another significant component of Seestadt Aspern is being realized. Together with our ARGE partner querkraft, we have designed a landmark residential project for Soulier Real Estate GmbH at the waterfront of Seestadt Lake, which is now moving into the implementation phase.

Located directly by the water, a high-quality residential quarter is emerging that uniquely combines architecture, open space, and community. A key feature is the generous waterfront development with arcades, creating a new lakeside promenade and providing an important impulse for urban development.

The staggered building volumes – comprising two 35 m residential buildings and a 70 m high-rise – enable diverse visual connections and ensure that all apartments benefit from a relationship to the water. This results in a differentiated urban structure with a high quality of stay.

Greened base zones, a pool with rooftop gardens, and shared open spaces form the green foundation for a sustainable and forward-looking residential quarter.
