Groundbreaking for Building 4 of the XISTA Science Park in Klosterneuburg
On February 24, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Building 4 of the XISTA Science Park in Klosterneuburg took place. With this important milestone, the construction of another office and laboratory building begins, expanding the existing site by more than 4,000 m². Present at the ceremony were our Minister of Education and Science, Martin Polaschek, Mayor of Klosterneuburg, Christoph Kaufmann, as well as the leadership team of the XISTA Science Park. The XISTA Science Park is growing steadily and is an important location for research- and technology-driven companies, as well as start-ups. The project was planned by us in collaboration with Ferro & Partner, who will also oversee the local construction supervision. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and tailored laboratory spaces, Building 4 is optimized for the development of innovative solutions in scientific research as well as the economic focus of the technology park.
We are pleased that construction has now officially started and that the expansion of the XISTA Science Park represents another step towards fostering research and innovation in the Klosterneuburg region. The completion of Building 4 is scheduled for April 2026.
