TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY – Successful Topping-Out Celebration for the Residential Project on Schönbrunner Straße

We are pleased to report on the successful topping-out ceremony for our current residential project at Schönbrunner Straße 76 in Vienna 5 – an important milestone in the construction project commissioned by Wiener Wohnen.

The F+P Architekten team is delighted with the successful progress of this project, which makes a significant contribution to the creation of affordable housing in Vienna. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for their commitment and outstanding work in the planning and execution of the project.

The residential project includes 15 modern municipal apartments, which will provide housing for up to 60 people. This construction project represents another step towards sustainable and livable urban development. The client is Wiener Wohnen, the main provider of municipal housing in the city, who is making an important contribution to the improvement of the quality of housing in Vienna with this project.

The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2025.
