Groundbreaking Ceremony for our New Building in Ottakring

A major milestone in the construction of our new residential building in Ottakringer Straße was reached last month with the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony. This festive occasion was celebrated with our client Winegg and the construction company BC BauCommerce. The excavation pit is currently being dug, and we look forward to the realization of the project!

The new residential complex, consisting of one building in Ottakringer Strasse and one in Veronikagasse, offers space for 61 apartments and stands out through its green façade. The resulting trellis extends across the entire façade, serves as an acoustic barrier between the loggias behind it and the busy Ottakringer Strasse, and helps to improve the living environment.

Each apartment has an outdoor area in the form of a loggia, a balcony, or a terrace, some with a garden. Some of the roofs of both buildings can be used as private roof terraces for the residents, who can also introduce their ideas for planting with urban gardening along the path in the courtyard.
