Groundbreaking Ceremony in Schumanngasse

The symbolic groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of the construction phase of the extraordinary new residential neighborhood in Währing.

The pioneering project comprises 85 flats in various sizes, from cozy 2-room flats to spacious 5-room flats. Almost all future privately owned flats have open spaces with a view of the spacious, leafy inner courtyard. There are also 14 barrier-free spaces for medical practices or offices in the ensemble, ranging in size from 37 to 328 square meters, which are ideal for offices and companies.

In addition to a successful, versatile mix of residential and commercial space, the project distinguishes itself with its sustainable construction and utilization: With a photovoltaic system on the roof and geothermal energy, which has received DGNB Gold pre-certification, it sets standards for sustainable building.
