It is coming into existence!

Our construction site for the residential building on the corner of Schönbrunner Straße and Reinprechtsdorfer Straße is picking up speed. The preliminary excavation began this morning. The first bored piles to secure the building pit will be installed on Wednesday. Over the next few months, 15 city-owned flats ranging in size from 45 to 85 m² with private open spaces, a sustainable energy supply, and intensive facade greening will be built on the small site of 218 m². We are looking forward to working with the general contractor Handler.
