Hotel Moxy in operation!

After a successful planning and construction phase (even with a construction stop due to corona), our project “Hotel Moxy” was able to open its doors to the first guests at the end of August. Located in Neu Marx, the hotel with 203 hotel rooms and 43 long-stay flats is an enrichment for Vienna’s 3rd district for both short and long-term stays.

In addition to the circulation areas and the lobby, the ground floor includes a spacious lounge, breakfast zone, meeting boxes and a fitness area. The hotel boasts a hip design in order to appeal to the target group of young travellers who also appreciate the top public transport connections.

The hotel further distinguishes itself through its ecological advantages. Built as a low-energy building, it is connected to a district heating and cooling network and also has a powerful photovoltaic system on the roof. These ecological measures were awarded a Pre-Check ÖGNI Gold certificate.
