Under the motto “We build on it: renovation and climate-friendly buildings for the future”, the klima.aktiv awards were presented by Climate Protection Minister Leonore Gewessler at the MuTh. We are very pleased to have been awarded gold for our residential project at Grasbergergasse 9.

The residential complex is located in the St. Marx area in Vienna’s 3rd Municipal District. The building configuration responds to the exposed location near the connection of the Gürtel to the A23 motorway and, with the help of a transparent noise barrier, forms a quiet green inner courtyard around which the four residential buildings are grouped. A five-group kindergarten connects the two southern structures on the ground floor.
