Lil-y am See

We are very happy about this competition win: In Seestadt Aspern we are allowed to realize the residential high-rise LILI AM SEE, which we developed together with Querkraft Architekten, with the support of Yewo for Landscaping and Anke Stern for Interior.
The residential resort scores with a particularly inviting, distinctive lakeside development – as well as the Twin and the high-rise interspersed with the public square of cultures in the middle of the property. The high points are set on the four-story green plinth buildings with roof gardens, which accompany the approx. 120 m long lakeshore with a generous arcade.
On the ground floor of the pedestal, with the adjacent pub gardens, commercial units and restaurants alternate. On the 1st floor of the base zone, there are lakeside office spaces, communal areas and commercial living. Above this, at least 372 apartments are distributed. The intersecting courtyards provide privacy and internal access to the apartments. The offset from each other allows all apartments to have lake views.
The design impresses with a flexible utilization concept and the lightness with which generous green areas, a pool area and play areas for children and young people are harmonized with the lively base zone in the arcades.
