Topping-Out Ceremony in Hawelgasse 17

Our residential project “Park & Bloom” at Hawelgasse 17 is located in the immediate vicinity of Pötzleinsdorf Castle Park. On the 27th of June 2023, the topping-out ceremony took place and it promptly turned into a summer celebration.

On the construction site you can already get a
impression of the exclusive residential complex
with 18 residential units – all with generous open spaces such as loggias, balconies or terraces. The magnificent view of the city was admired by everyone.
