Topping-out ceremony in the residential complex Nordbahnhof Baufeld 7

At the topping-out ceremony in October, the design was highly praised by the city district councillors and the client (Wiener Städtische). Over food and drink, the entire team was able to toast the visible results of their hard work.
The façade work on both parts of the building is now (almost) complete. A show flat has also been completed. The interest in the low-cost flats – a subsidised category between SMART-Wohnung and ordinary subsidised flats – is very high. The allocation process is well under way and the flats are to be handed over in May 2023. None of them will remain empty…

Our neighbours on the construction site have already been able to finish their part of the building site. An landscape design by Carla Lo creates an exciting and versatile recreation space in this densely built-up new neighbourhood. The new City of Vienna playground is seamlessly connected, providing a buffer zone between our construction plot and the railway line.
