Construction site Hawelgasse housing estate

Small but nice – in Hawelgasse our construction site for 17 flats started in May this year. The building site is relatively narrow and not easy to build on due to the challenging topography. Nevertheless, the pace is not slowed down – the shell of the building should be finished in November (1 basement floor + 4 above-ground floors). Therefore, the construction company is working six days a week.

Deep probes are used to generate heat. 14 of them have been drilled below the floor slab to a depth of approx. 180 metres. Currently, fine-tuning is still taking place with individual buyers. Among other things, a piano room and a steam cabin are planned for the 2nd attic floor.
