The building site of the hotel is located on an extended plot in Vienna’s 11th district near Simmeringer Hauptstraße. There are 6 floors above ground and a basement with underground parking for a total of 178 hotel rooms, 4 of which barrier-free.

The hotel entrance with foyer and reception are located on the ground floor. The foyer includes the breakfast room and 10 guest rooms, 4 of which are wheelchair-accessible. Next to the reception there is a back office, which is not used as a permanent workplace, but as a place of retreat for doing work away from the guest traffic.

A company flat on the top floor is available to the managing director of the operating company.
