Competition Full-day primary school Dreyhausenstrasse

The new full-day primary school closes the gap between the buildings in the Dreyhausenstraße and, together with the existing Märzstraße primary schools, forms a “primary school square” with a shared inner courtyard. The building is aligned with the symmetry axis of the existing school in the Märzstraße and emphasises the relationship to the inner courtyard and the courtyard garden with its sports facilities.

The main entrance to the new primary school is located centrally in the  Dreyhausenstraße, opening towards the auditorium after which the space develops further towards the inner courtyard.
