The architectural concept proposes a reconfigured entrance structure to create a clear and uncluttered welcome to visitors, furthermore it is proposed harmonise the existing, highly structured but seemingly cluttered façade of the high-rise building. This new sleek redesigned façade offers a contemporary, friendly building for the enjoyment of residents and neighbours. Windows are combined with simple design elements to create a calm rhythm across the entire façade.

The current two storey entrance extension appears out of place and does not support a clear orientation when entering the building. Our proposals include a welcoming entrance square, an open and transparent entrace forming a new reception and social gathering space at the heart of this modernised care facility.
