Vienna,

Bruno-Marek-Allee 8,

Austria

On Building Plot 7 of the former Nordbahnhof grounds, prominently located at the intersection of Bruno-Marek-Allee and Taborstraße in Vienna’s 2nd district, F+P developed two mixed-use buildings with residential and commercial functions as part of the new Nordbahnhof urban quarter.

Both buildings comprise eight above-ground floors (ground floor plus seven standard floors) as well as two basement levels with a shared underground garage accessed via Taborstraße.

The clearly structured floor plans ensure a high degree of flexibility and enable a wide range of apartment typologies. All residential units feature private outdoor spaces in the form of loggias, balconies, or terraces with assigned private gardens. On the ground floors of both buildings, commercial units of varying sizes are available, further activating the neighborhood.

A generously designed courtyard not only connects the two buildings with each other, but also links the site across building plots to the “Green Center” along the railway line, thereby creating a high-quality, continuous open space structure.
