F+P ARCHITEKTEN combine tradition with innovation. Since the company was founded over 50 years ago, we have realised an extremely wide range of projects. Our expertise runs all the way from residential, educational and urban development, to hotels and healthcare buildings, to refurbishment and the preservation of historical monuments.
Every task requires an individual solution – which we develop with experience, passion and innovation with our team of more than 60 employees. We are a trusted partner for our clients when it comes to project execution – from studies and expert opinions to competition designs and construction documentation.

The experience of each building is unique. Just as unique is our work. We love challenges, and every new project is also a new challenge. In doing so, we accompany our projects from the initial idea to completion and beyond, because in dialogue with the users, we can learn and broaden our horizons.

Location
Since 2021, we have been based in our new office in Barnabitengasse/Mariahilfer Straße – in what was formerly the Stelzhammer piano factory, a manufacturing building built around 1900. From the outside, the striking brick façade immediately catches the eye, and inside the five-storey office building offers plenty of space and development opportunities for all employees.
On the ground floor, in addition to a library there is also a garden connected to the bistro. It is used for communal lunch breaks and events as well as meetings. The various teams are based on the upper office floors.

1972 FOUNDING
The architectural office was founded by
architect Prof. DI Dr. techn. M.A.
Sepp Frank at Stiftgasse.
1998 FOUNDATION OF THE ZIVIL TECHNIKER COMPANY
The company is rebranded as Architekten Frank + Partner ZT GmbH.
1999 ISO CERTIFICATION
The office obtained ISO certification, which is regularly reviewed and renewed in accordance with the specified time periods.
2013 RENAMING
of the company as F+P ARCHITECTS ZT GMBH.
2016 CHANGE OF THE MANAGEMENT
Architect DI Elmar Danner and Architect DI Martin Schrehof become managing directors.
2021 NEW LOCATION
Due to the steady growth of our team, we moved into our new premises in Barnabitengasse in April 2021.
