Completion and Handover

The residential project “The Temptation”, planned by F+P Architekten and located at Schumanngasse 25 in Vienna-Währing, was successfully completed in autumn 2025 and handed over to the client.

The project combines urban living, functional layouts, and architectural quality into a modern residential building with a clear and timeless design language. The carefully considered planning places particular emphasis on natural light, spatial quality, and sustainable construction. Generous window areas, private outdoor spaces, and a harmonious façade composition create a pleasant living environment with a high level of comfort.

With the handover, another residential project has been successfully completed.
