Gross floor area living: app. 9.250 m²
In the course of the further development of Seestadt Aspern in Vienna, a high-rise building with a height of 45 m will be erected on the south side of the lake on the J3A construction site. The neighbouring construction site J3B was taken into consideration during the planning process.
A total of about 16,000 m² of gross floor area will be realised, 10,000 m² of which in the high-rise building.
The spiral movement of the vertical development results in a harmonious union of the buildings and reduces mutual shading. At the same time, the existing morphological orientations can be incorporated.
By creating generous open spaces / façade openings, views of the lake are provided for all of the development zones.
