Topping-Out Ceremony – Xista Science Park, Building 4

At the end of September 2025, the completion of the structural framework of the new building was celebrated together with all project partners, planners, and contractors. The new addition extends the Xista Science Park in Klosterneuburg with a modern laboratory and office complex that provides optimal conditions for research, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The project further strengthens the Klosterneuburg location as an important hub for scientific development and high-tech enterprises.

The new building complements the existing ensemble of the Xista Science Park with a contemporary laboratory and office structure that meets the spatial and functional requirements of modern research companies. Flexible layouts, bright working environments, and precisely equipped laboratories create a setting that fosters cooperation, innovation, and scientific progress.
