COMPETITION WON: Vertical Extension of Residential Complex in Autokaderstraße, Vienna-Floridsdorf

We are pleased to have been selected as general planners for the sensitive vertical extension of the residential complex at Autokaderstraße 3–7.

This project, commissioned by Wiener Wohnen, demonstrates how urban densification within existing structures can succeed in a climate-friendly and socially responsible way. The buildings will remain occupied throughout the entire construction period – which calls for a particularly careful and considerate approach to the existing structure.
