BIM Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator.

Your responsibilities
+ Setting up, maintaining, and managing BIM and Revit models
+ Acting as the point of contact for all BIM- and Revit-related topics within projects
+ Managing and continuously expanding our Revit content library
+ Creating and further developing Revit families
+ Maintaining and further developing our internal Revit standards
+ Implementing the BIM methodology in accordance with our internal company standards
+ Organising and coordinating BIM processes, particularly data provision and data exchange
+ Ensuring the flow of information between specialist consultants
+ Preparing project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
+ Supporting the preparation of Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR)
+ Creating coordination and clash detection models and carrying out clash detection
Your qualifications
+ Several years of professional experience in BIM management or as a BIM Coordinator
+ In-depth knowledge of BIM methodology and integrated design processes
+ Experience in design, construction, and operational processes
+ Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and good knowledge of Dynamo for Revit
+ Good command of MS Office
+ BIM training or certification is an advantage
+ Enthusiasm for digital processes and model-based working methods
+ A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit

Salary
In accordance with the 2026 Collective Agreement for Employees of Architects and Engineering Consultants, the minimum gross salary for this full-time position, depending on years of service, is €3,796.00 per month (BG 4, 8th year).
The final classification and salary will depend on qualifications and experience, with a willingness to offer a salary significantly above the collective agreement minimum.
