Roofing Ceremony: Apollogasse 19, Vienna

We are celebrating the ROOFING CEREMONY at Apollogasse 19, 1070 Vienna.

In mid-March 2025, the ROOFING CELEBRATION took place at the residential complex we planned at Apollogasse 19, 1070 Vienna – a significant milestone for this centrally located housing project on the site of the former Sophien Hospital, directly next to Mariahilferstraße.

The extensively renovated and expanded residential complex, which is being built by Wiener Wohnen, is situated in the heart of Vienna’s 7th district, right next to Sophienpark, near the Westbahnhof and Mariahilferstraße.

A total of 46 apartments of various sizes will be realized across five floors, along with a group medical practice on the ground floor. Residents can look forward to two inner courtyards for relaxation, a rooftop terrace with raised beds, a community room, and a workshop that will be exclusively available for communal use. In addition, a rentable multifunctional sports hall with natural light will be created.

After the roofing ceremony, construction work is entering the phase of building services, electrical installations, and interior work. Completion and handover to the new tenants of the City of Vienna is planned for spring 2026.
